I just can't get enough of this little girl! I can't believe she is 9 months old today!
Now that she is mobile, she is exploring her big world! She absolutely LOVES to stand. Crawling is just a means to get from one standing spot to another!
I'm still in love with her baby feet. I risked waking her from a nap for the picture of her foot sticking up over pillows. And the second picture {below} gave me a good belly laugh. She found the Wii Guitars and, laying on her tummy, squeezed between the couch and TV cabinet, she reached her prize!
And look who's tall enough to reach Cam's Lego desk! Now that's trouble!
Caitlin doesn't care much for food, baby or otherwise. She'll occasionally suck on a cracker or the crust of my toast. Other than that, she will close her mouth AND eyes and refuse most foods. We've tried all kids of baby food and lots of big foods such as cubed veggies and fruit, eggs. She's just not interested. Maybe that will change when she gets teeth. She is still Toothless for now. 
This scene also gave me a good laugh. She's nearly the same size as Brendan's boots!!!
One of her favorite pastimes is emptying out the sock basket. It will keep her attention for almost an hour!

*We went for Cait's 9 month check up today (Monday). She measured 27 1/2" long and 15 pounds 14 ounces. Her height stays on target with the 50 percentile but her weight has dropped from 50% (at 6 months) to 7%. Cameron's weight did a similar dive around 18 months. Kelly (our PA) checked Cait's iron and the levels were great. And Cait was on target, or ahead, on all of her developmental areas. So besides being little, she's healthy and on target! Yay!

She's very expressive and often competes to be heard. Her favorite spot in the house is still Cam's room. Definitely a lot to explore in there. If ever she makes it into Bren's she gets pretty excited about that as well.
She bounces herself in a cute little dance when music is on. It doesn't matter if it is KLOVE or Bon Jovi. She seems well rounded. :)

Your pictures have captured her sweet little spirit and those adorable grins. Great job, Mom! Can't believe how fast she's grown.
