On a recent very warm October day, we took Oma & Opa to Chester's Pumpkin Patch. With the Groupon, this really is a great deal. The kids had lots of fun and the staff was all very nice. The kids loved riding the ponies.
They had so many animals to pet and feed. Turkeys, bunnies, goats, peacocks, bulls, ducks, chickens, pigs, and more!
This little goat was so very cute and both girls enjoyed feeding him.
The kids picked out pumpkins with hopes for fresh pumpkin pies.
Then we took a hay-less "hayride" to the corn maze. It was bumpy and hot but it was a good time.
Everyone seemed to head different directions, Cam, JC, Opa on their own, Oma followed Cait and Lily and I headed out to win....stopping for a selfie!
And win we did. Cam made it second. He was HOT.
Cait was third and she was equally HOT!
We got back just in time to see some pumpkin-chunkin' before we left.
And since we were out that way, we took a little detour to Eishen's for some fried chicken, white bread, onions and pickles!
It was really a great day!
